  • Equiping the child with coping strategies

This is achieved through creative and engaging activities, grounded in proven grief models, coaching approaches and lived experience, that:

  • Foster self-awareness and personal growth

  • Enable children to express their feelings and experiences

  • Provide practical tools and strategies that help children feel supported in their grief

    * Programs currently available in VIC/NSW/QLD/ACT/TAS

“My two children are now more confident to express their thoughts and feelings after the passing of their Dad. The I Am Program carved out space and time to talk and ponder our grief as a family. It was a beautiful time remembering Dad as we worked through the thoughtful themes each week.” - Parent of children aged 10 and 12
