Grief Programs
One-of-a-kind, child-centred grief programs combining psychoeducation and personal development.
Program 1 - ‘I Am’
Children will be presented with creative and engaging activities that focus on key themes with their grief experience woven throughout. Children will explore practical ways of how each theme can positively support their grief experience. With content and language tailored to suit their stage of emotional and cognitive development.

Key Features:
Psychoeducation: Educate children about grief, normalizing their feelings and experiences through early intervention.
Creative Engagement: Utilize art, play, and other creative activities to help children express their emotions and process their grief in a safe environment.
Personal Growth: Encourage personal development, confidence and empowerment through self-reflection and constructive coping mechanisms.
Delivery: The program is delivered online through weekly sessions and is offered in three aged based streams:
Ages 7-9: 45 minute sessions over seven weeks
Ages 10-12 and 13-17: 1 hour sessions over eight weeks
Each child will receive a combined workbook and journal, to support their learning and reflection throughout the program.
Outcomes: By the end of the program, children will have enhanced their own emotional literacy, individual skills, strengths and confidence. They will leave with a deeper understanding of their emotions and practical tools to manage their grief.
